Go Store It's investment focus is in markets with strong job and population growth characteristics, or markets exhibiting other unique demographic characteristics, for instance, towns with significant academic and government presence.
The target facility size is between 40,000-1000,000 net rentable square feet. Target individual deal size is $2,000,000 - $25,000,000.
We are pursuing pre-stabilized, new constructed assets as well as locally owned, value add assets.
